Hello,
I'm planning to go look at this trike next week, with a planned price of 2k. I wonder if anyone has any advice, please? What I should be paying attention to? Is it reasonable value at that price?
Thanks very much
James

Hello,
I finally sold my upright bike, and I'm now eagerly shopping for a recumbent so I can cycle again!
I'm leaning toward a 2 wheeler, as my sense is it gives greater access, for example though parks, down canals, through anti-motorbike gates and on shared bike lanes etc. I've no practical experience though, and so aren't sure of how true this is - or if I'm talking nonsense? (I'm also impatient to ride again, and at my budget, trikes are more readily available.)

I've had this incomplete KMX X Class trike for a few years pending repair/being a basis for a self build.
The frame is rusty and has a few holes. I was going to use it a a template/use the drop-outs but other priorities have taken over and I need it gone.
I have a pair of 20mm 32 hole Hope hubs and a pair of half made up 16" wheels with 20mm hubs.
All advertised on Facebook Marketplace.
I'm open to offers.

When I realised on Tuesday I couldn't ride my current bikes for quite a while, I posted in a chat for a weekly ride I do, to say I might be in the market for a recumbent. As it happens, that day one had met someone, who had met someone else, who had a recumbent they had decided to sell!
I've had a chat and it's an KMX X-series sports trike that he inherited from the owner, who died unexpectedly of cancer. It's been sitting in a shed since COVID, and needs a service. Based on what...

Can one use a roller on a trike ?
They make one , but it is a US product and postage would be too much.
