Has anyone here installed Helibars on their trike? Not just risers, but the actual bars complete.
If so, do they hold up to the extra pressure needed in turns with a trike and can you get the bars high enough and far enough back to compensate for drop of the OEM bars when the 6 degree triple tree is added?
I live in Eastern Tennessee and if you have done this and are close enough, I would like to ride over and see your setup

Hi everyone, I just purchased a 2005 Gl1800 trike and was giving it a detail. When I remover the seat, I noticed this red tank right underneath the seat. Is this the auxiliary fuel tank? Don’t they come in black color? The previous owner didn’t mention having it and I have not fuel up on it to find out if it takes more than 6.6 gallons. Any help would be appreciated ..read more

Just an FYI.......
Many places now have the Avon Cobra Chrome Trike Tire in Stock, not the cheapest option but I can vouch for the great handling and performance of this tire on a Trike.
Very good wear on them also........I have 16K miles on current tire and still has decent tread left ..read more

I have seen several times that there are no Hannigan install instructions. Since I happen to have a copy, I thought I would share them.
While they don't have layman type install instructions for a novice, they do have tech type install instructions which I assume are for the use of there dealer network.
They are a little over 3 pages long and a .pdf format of 324k in size.
PM me if you would like a copy. If I get a lot of requests, will attempt to attach them to this topic rather...

I'm considering a Hannigan Trike Conversion for my 06 Wing. My question to you Hannigan owners, or those who know the answer is this. When doing the conversion is the stock preload adjustment still used? or is this a couple of switches that are no longer of use. I know the Lehman, and CSC, still use the preload adjuster ..read more

2005 Goldwing with CSC Cobra XL trike hit including 6 degree rake.
I’ve got a leaking seal so I’m having my forks serviced.
Tried the Sealmate but still weeping.
Thinking about adding Progressive springs.
If any of you trike guys have installed Progressives, any problems? Better ride?
Any advise, experiences?
Thanks ..read more

Everywhere I have searched, everyone tells me how to put a USB charger outlet in the left compartment...BUT, no one tells me how to exit the left compartment gracefully so that I don't have water leaking into the compartment while I'm keeping my cell phone mounted on the handlebars. Anyone know how I might attach the charging wire without filling my compartment with water? Thanks in advance ..read more
