The first Quest Labs session with the Environmental Charter School was a success! Last month, we launched an intersession music production workshop with a cohort of ECS 8th graders. The Quest Labs program at ECS aims to provide students with opportunities to develop industry-level skills in their areas of interest and collaborate with individuals in their community who have experience working in those fields. Mixed-Age Class Theme - Bells In the upcoming song collection, families will play with their voices by mimicking the sounds of instruments in the “French Folk Song,” and Spanish-speaking animals in “De Colores.” (Did you know that in Spanish, roosters say “Quiri-quiri quiri” to wake people up?) Halloween was a blast this year, and we couldn't have done it without you! We want to give a big shout-out to everyone who attended the Little Monsters Mash and Night of the Living Bands Halloween parties. We also can't forget those who fully embraced the Halloween spirit by wearing their costumes to lessons. 2023 Winter Recitals

Sign ups are now open for Sunburst's 2023 Winter recitals! Our recitals will take place in 16 sessions over the course of two weekends in December. Sessions are about 45 minutes long and have 10–15 performers. Each teacher is assigned to 1–2 sessions. If the sessions assigned to your teacher don't work for you, get in touch with us here , you can still perform in another session or we may add sessions as needed.
