So my partner recently bought a nice looking Led Zeppelin shirt in a second hand store, not because they’re a fan but simply because they liked the shirt.
However, they feel bad about being a “poser”, so now we’re both trying to get into the band.
Any suggestions on what songs/albums that might stick?
They like a lot of emo/punk rock, such as fall out boy, evanescence, My chemical romance, linkin park and a Finnish band called Blind Channel. I know Zeppelins sound is far from that type of music, but I figured it doesn’t hurt to check if anyone here has any recommendations :)

Jimmy Page on Eddie Van Halen's guitar style? Stuff like that. In my opinion I do not think anyone ever played as good as them or were as talented and classy. Not as much swagger. Nor had as much influence on rock and roll.

He was always so quiet and kind of stoic. He certainly never looked excited on stage. I'm sure when Zeppelin formed, the appeal to him was making good music, not fame. Was he into it? I know Page and Plant screwed around with groupies a lot and Bonham devoured alcohol and cocaine, but what was Jones' thing?
Bonus question, did Jones ever speak to the audience at a Zeppelin concert?
