Having come from the NorthEast and specifically Maine I was spoiled with amazing restaurants. Maine restaurants seem to be a step above the rest of the United States for seafood especially, but also the foodie scene in general. There are many misconceptions in Real Estate. One of the biggest misconceptions is that you will save money if you call the listing agent and view the home with them and make an offer with them. WRONG .
