I recently purchased a new Sony receiver (STR – AZ3000ES) and am trying to control it with the harmony hub. The receiver, as well as the other equipment, responds to turn on with the Harmony hub, but I cannot get it to turn off the receiver. The other equipment does turn off. When I use the harmony app, I can turn the receiver on/off so I know there is good communication. I confirmed that the end sequence in the activity section of the app is supposed to turn off the receiver. Hi. I have a Sony XBR-75X900F tv. I had an arris remote that worked well but after the tv was off for awhile, the tv wouldn't turn on. I recently received a harmony elite remote and the same issue is happening. The screen on the remote shows the activity running but the tv is still off. I use the sony remote to turn on the tv and everything else on the harmony remote works. Sometimes the tv turns on with the harmony remote but usually if the tv was turned off just shortly before. Need suggestions on programming activity on Logitech Harmony with Hub for power on\off of Direct TV Gemini Air. I had U-Verse TV and I was able to create Activities for that but when I went to Direct TV I can't seem able to control the on\off function for the Gemini Air. Right now my Harmony Hub Remote controls my AppleTV really well, except for Fast Forward and Rewind. I click those buttons and it only advances/rewinds 10 seconds, which is pretty tedious. Hi all, Just a quick question, I have a Fire TV cube linked to many activities and i'm thinking of upgrading to the next gen fire cube. Is there a way of forcing the device (fire cube) within the harmony software to re-pair to the remote? When I change Activity from my Nvidia Shield to my TiVo it turns everything off. If I then hit help it turns it back on to TiVo, If I'm on TiVo and change to Nvidia it works properly, if I'm on Nvidia and I change to my Blu-Ray player everything works fine. Only that sequence is an issue, I have reset and reinstalled the programming and it still does it. My Nvidia Shield and my TiVo use the same TV input but different receiver inputs.
