Birth of the Messiah-To the Jew First
Word of Messiah » Messianic Prophecy

In Romans 1:16, God’s ongoing love for the Jewish people is revealed in the Good News of Messiah. Though Paul was the apostle to the Gentiles, he coined the phrase “To the Jew first” regarding God’s faithfulness, and his personal ministry approach (Acts 13:46). It’s a concept that didn’t begin, nor end with Paul, but from the foundation of the world. God’s provision of salvation was to and through the Jewish people. In fact, the birth of Messiah would be God’s declaration that “Salvation is of the Jews” (John 4:22). Gentile Seekers and the Jewish Messiah Regardless of the specific date of Yes ..read more

The Fall Feasts – A Prophetic Picture
Word of Messiah » Messianic Prophecy
by Sam Nadler

The first four Feasts of the Bible, Passover through Shavuot (Pentecost), occur in the Spring (Lev. 23). They typify our Salvation in Messiah Yeshua (1 Cor. 5:7). The number seven indicates completion. Hence, the Feasts of the seventh month are a prophetic picture of the Lord’s final work of Redemption in the three Fall Feasts. Rosh HaShanah: Feast of Trumpets Yom Teruah or The Feast of Trumpets, is commonly called Rosh HaShanah, or Jewish New Year (Lev. 23:23-25). When the Jewish people came out of Babylonian captivity, they adopted the Babylonian civil New Year, in the month Tishri, as thei ..read more

Messiah in the End Times

This is a book I thought I’d never write! For a long time, I had often said, “Most matters about the end times are simply secondary issues. I’d prefer not to cause division over what is not a primary matter of faith.”  I felt content with that position, and resisted various efforts for me to at least tell, if not teach on what I believe about the end times. Oh, I did hold to certain beliefs, but like I said, I thought much of it was simply sincere differences between sincere believers about secondary differences. Then what changed? Why is this (end times) book different than all the othe ..read more

By Sam Nadler Though some say in December, others say in the fall (around Sukkot), yet it is mere speculation when exactly Yeshua the Messiah was born. However, the fact that He was born is both historical and wonderful! But, one of the Jewish objections to faith in Yeshua is: “a man cannot become God.”... Is the Virgin Birth Jewish?

By Sam Nadler Of all the miracles the Bible attributes to God, it seems the virgin birth of Messiah arouses the most controversy. The same Bible that reveals God, declares the virgin birth to be a historical fact. Some question whether it can be considered a scientific fact since it cannot be observed nor repeated....
