MANILA – The Quezon City government has declared an outbreak of pertussis or whooping cough after logging 23 cases and four deaths, mostly infants 22 days to 60 days old from January to March 20.

I did some searching but not much luck. I am excited to find about and apply for the 13A visa. It would be great to have it.
I am currently in the US with my filipina wife. I am applying for the 13A visa. I have not applied yet I am getting everything together. I have tried calling the nearest Philippine embassy many times over many weeks with no luck whatsoever. They never answer. I was going to email them but decided to post here first.

Just a heads-up, now is the time to do your shopping especially if it revolves around frozen fish fillets or other foods special meat cuts or higher end breads, snacks, it's going to be a long busy week next week.

Our plumber with his cohorts laid the floor tiles here, around 150M2 in the extensions, We supplied everything, all they did was install, their price to install was around P200 per M2 actually less as their bill/quote was P 27K, any way we have around 48/50M2 of wall tiles to be installed in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Article below but if you're having troubles in creating a GCash account, for now try opening without an application, I don't think Google supports the GCash app anymore, so what I now have to do from the Philippines is search GCash online and I log in from there, you can also register a new account ect..

I just purchased a low cost DVD player/burner USB for my laptop computer.

At first it could not play my DVD movies because it came set to Region 2 (Europe)
After setting it to Region 1, it worked OK.
A DVD player can only have it's region changed a few times.
I think probably DVDs purchased in Philippines will be region 3 ..read more
