Hi, Nag-apply ako ng increase CL sa BPI and upon checking my account now, instead of regular credit limit increase, binigyan nila ako ng madness limit na same amount naman sa request ako. Hello. Meron kasi akong REVI Credit that I used for my revolving fund. I used it only to online transactions within the Philippines. Kaninang tanghali, nakareceive ako ng email (screenshot above) ng transaction charged by Chegg Inc Santa Clara US which is highly unusual dahil wala naman akong any transaction with that company. Nang tignan ko ang online transaction history ko, wala naman nakareflect na ₱61.74. Weird lang na may nareceive ako na ganyan email at mejo napapraning ako dahil dyan sa email na yan. So yesterday I received a call for verification of the following: -Name -Address -Work Address -Position -Tenure It came from this number 02 5322 9860 and had doubs that I might have provided my information to scammers so I checked in with BPI Customer Service via email. I received their response today saying that it is a valid number. Lucky enough I got to answer the call.
