Fully paid after 2 years and all the registration of title and other fees in feb 4 2010. pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa nila binibigay yung property title kahit almost a year na kaming tumatawag at pumupunta sa office wala pa rin. This is to warn anyone who has any interest in buying or renting at Mezza Residence Condominium located along Aurora Blvd and Araneta Ave. Most if not all the units in these towers have a water leak. The units leak along the ceiling when it rains in most of the floors. SMDC management and unit owners have known about this problem since these condos were built in 2007 but never disclosed it to their buyers and renters. Following a price comparison from Lamudi and developer preselling prices, I found resale is at least 20% lower (some even 40% lower). For those who have already started living in high-density condominiums e.g 40 units+ per floor, how is the lift usage affecting you? For instance, at SMDC Jazz Tower B where per floor has more than 40 units with 6 lifts. How many minutes is the waiting time during rush hours. Does the lift stop sometimes at every floor?
