I’m looking at Amazon now for material n want someone to answer who has done that. Now I’m very aware of people saying only use the best n nice stuff is nice I get it. Im just not convinced the trout n the river I fish or any species really will care. I think i need somthing to simulate a wounded...

I'm going to be heading back to my hometown of Abbotsford this Christmas to visit the family, and I'm hoping to sneak in a day or two of winter steelhead fishing. It's been probably 5+ years since I fly fished for steelies, so I'm a little rusty and my salmon/steelhead box is badly neglected.
I'm looking for roughly 6 patterns to tie in a few sizes and colors that will give me a good shot at the fish of 10,000 casts. The rivers fished will likely be the Vedder/Chilliwack and the Chehalis...
