I expect this question has been asked before, but is there a comparable treatment for osteoarthritis in humans? At the weekend we went to see a litter of cockapoos and have chosen a puppy. She's a white cockapoo with black ears. Like Holly, she was not pushy with her littermates but holds her own in the rough and tumble of puppy play. Her name will be Jazz, or Jazzmyn when she's naughty! Yesterday Snowie had the Suprelorin implant. We’re hoping it will shrink his prostate. He’ll go back in 2 months for a scan to see if it has shrunk. We considered all the options available to us. There’s a drug called Ypazone. 1 tablet daily for 7 days. Effect lasts 6 months. But not available here. Apparently popular in Europe, where surgical castration is not common.
