So, I just finished Season 1 of TNG. I have to say I did absolutely enjoy the show again. I haven't seen the show like this in a very long time, I've been so used to watching them in different points that I've almost forgotten to watch them in episode order. When I watched them as a kid, it was with my dad, and I never got to watch every episode since it was late at night, and it was on TV for re-runs. Word is breaking today across several outlets that Star Trek: Prodigy, the kid-focused Star Trek series that had already been greenlit for a Season 2, is now officially canceled. Apparently, neither Paramount+ nor Nickelodeon will be airing the show anymore and Season 1 will be getting removed from the Paramount+ streaming service soon. It sounds like post-production for season 2 was already well underway and will be completed, so it may be shopped out to other networks or services.
