Hi everyone and welcome back to spins!!!!
Count off below to reserve a bike. We only have 9 bikes ) :
For anyone new to the spins, here’s some additional info:
– bring running shoes for the bikes (not bike shoes)
– bring water, a towel is also recommended
– the location of court 4 is on the third floor of the Athletic Centre in the Field House
– you access it from the indoor track
– the spin workout is from 7 to 8 am, and then many people stick around for a core workout after (about 15 min)

Warm up 2 to 4 km
Drills / strides
8 x 400m @ 3km pace rest 1min between each one
1x 2 Km @ 10 km pace rest 2 mins
1x 1200m @ 5 km pace rest 2 mins
Than SURPRISE
1x 300 m @ 3 km pace
Warm down 2 to 4 km

2x 800m 5 km pace rest 2 mins between each one
3x 1200m @5km pace rest 2 mins between each one
4 x 400m @5km pace rest 90 sec between each one
Than SURPRISE
1x 300m @ 1500m pace
Warm down 2 to 4 km
