Recently made a Rogue (is now Level 125) and trying to optimize DPS. I made some simple adjustments... They seem to work, but I don't seem to see a ton of Disc's going off. I presume some only go off during a named fight, which is okay with me. Any insight to my config file below? I was disconnected last night while behind the keyboard on 1 of 7 accounts all registered to the same email and when I tried loading that account back up I received a messaged saying that the server has a Temporary block on that one account.
