I bought a 2013 Cub Cadet Volunteer 37BM466D710. It has a LH775 engine in it. Now my issue is I bought it off an online auction and well I got took really hard. There is no CVT/transmission in it at all. There is a complete motor but that's it. Don't even know if the motor is any good. Anyway, I can't seem to find any real helpful information about all the parts missing. The parts diagrams don't seem to really help me. Bought a used 4x4, engine runs. Tried rebuilding both pulleys. Ended up buying a transmission pulley system. The new one is aftermarket. The old one wallowed out and fell off. The new one seems not to have enough splines inside. Seems like it is freewheeling. When it revs up and gets smaller pulley diameter, does it jump on the spline shaft? The driver pulley on the engine gets larger when it revs up. Had to make a pvc collar for the belt to sit on in the grove. No parts for sale on this pulley. Is the belt supposed to sit at the bottom? As I tried to do a conversion with the Yamaha 660 motor, I realized the 660 was never fuel injected so it would not work for the fuel injected hisun motor swap. But the good thing is the hisun 750 motor is a clone of the 660 Yamaha but with the components for the fuel injection (cam/crank position sensor). So that left me with a new rebuilt Yamaha 660 and still a broke 750 hisun motor. I took apart 750 think the timing chain had broke from all that I've heard about these motors. Hi. Ive been searching for a wiring diagram, hopefully with photos, part #s so I can try to repair damage from rats eating wiring over the winter on the M550 cub cadet UTV. (sigh). haven't had any luck. i have a plug with dangling wires from under seat, next to battery compartment and hope to take to dealers to see if he can order replacement and hopefully it comes with long enough wires that i can splice back into remaining wires. not going to be easy. I have a 2017 Cub Cadet Challenger 750 and I have been watching videos on the top end rebuild of the same engine. So, I have one question about it and I’m not sure if someone could help or not. I’m having trouble getting mine to fire over. Could anyone explain how to set the timing on both the flywheel and the cam? I think I may be setting the cam in an incorrect direction. When I put my foot on the brake to start the engine turns over and I have spark and fuel but I cannot get it to fire. Was using the machine all day to haul wood...no issues until the end... When I try to start it, the dash lights come on but starter does not...seems like no power to the starter.
