Hi, Just tested the Sonic Pad on my CR6-SE, install went well but it's not working in final. Movement is ok, I've done resonances test but as soon I try hotend or hotbed PID or try to raise temperature (noze or bed), few second after I obtain a "shutdown due to webhook request" I'm of course at the last version of the firmware (update at first start) Any clue for me ? I have 2 Creality 4.2.7 boards. One has TH3D Studio firmware on it and will not read changes I make for the firmware. When I insert new SD card and turn printer on it automatically starts with the old firmware and does not come up with the changes. The second board just comes up with a blue screen and does not read the SD card. Have tried 4, 8, 16 Gig cards and no response. Have even went to the Creality site to obtain the firmware and still no results Any body have any ideas on how to resolve my problems ..read more

Greetings everyone. First time poster here and newby to 3D printing. I did a manual leveling and then an auto-leveling of my CR-10 Smart Pro. Problem is, EVERY time I’m going to start a print job, the machine does it’s 26 point auto-leveling. Why? I thought you level these machines once and that’s it. Based on their website, I know Creality doesn't make an extension kit for these, but has anyone made one sucessfully? Either home-brew, or an aftermarket company? Is it even possible? The X-Tools have an extension kit, and some CNC routing setups have extension kits, so why doesn't Creality make one for their setup ..read more

Hi, I have the CR10 Smart Pro with a sonic pad. The printer works well until you attach a webcam. When a webcam is attached the following happens when you start a print. Switch everything on Camera shows an image Start a print Printer heats to right temp The printer prints one strip of filament on the left side of the plate as normal The nozzle temp drops by one degree and never changes i.e. the print does not continue Without the webcam plugged in there is no issue. The webcam is from Logitech and works with the sonic pad on the S1 pro with no issues. Would appreciate any help Thanks ..read more
