Brynn & Adam put so much thought into their engagement session, and I felt so lucky to have captured the moments.  They chose to do their session at Oak Openings Park which is one of my FAVORITES. It worked especially well for the winter, since Oak Openings has tons of tall trees, open fields, and pathways through the forest that look good ALL year round. This spring time engagement session was one of my favorites!! I  mean when blooming trees + cute pups are involved, IT’S A WIN. Masa and Brian are two of the sweetest and I loved getting to know them more through this session. (If you look closely, you’ll notice Brian as one of the groomsmen in Ehden & Angelo’s wedding this summer!) For this session we started at Wildwood Metropark in Toledo, which is just GORGEOUS. Last fall I was thrilled to meet these two down in Cincinnati for their engagement session! These pictures are some of my very favorites because of the two people featured in them! I’ve known Melissa since I was little because our families were friends and we always go to visit each other in the summer. Snow + a super cute couple = a recipe for success! I absolute love when I get to capture engagement pictures in the snow. Everything is so bright, light, and magical. When I look through these images, the word SOULFUL keeps coming back to me. I love the way these images display the genuine connection & friendship these two share. Having images that go beyond stiff posing and enter into telling your real genuine story, that’s what it’s about. It’s always been a dream of mine to photograph an engagement session in a conservatory (cause c’mon, it’s magical!) and Alexa & Isaiah allowed that dream to come true!
