Parmesan Chips (No-Carbs)
Makes 16 servings
Ingredient
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (Yes, that really is the only ingredient!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place Parmesan cheese, by measured tablespoon “piles” onto a non-stick cookie sheet
Gently spread out the little piles of cheese, making sure to leave an inch in between each one
Bake for 5-8 minutes until melted, crisp, and very lightly browned (Watch them closely so they don’t burn or overcook)
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Store in an airtight container once cooled

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup low-fat marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
4 ounces light margarine
1/2 pound low-fat cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons flour
2 pounds nonfat cottage cheese
10 ounces frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 dash paprika (optional)
1 4-ounce jar chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Spray 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Place combined ingredients in prepared pan and bake for 90 minutes.
Serve hot.

1 ½ lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
8 fl oz no salt added tomato sauce
2T Bi Pro Unflavored whey protein isolate
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
¼ t salt
¼ t pepper
¼ t oregano, dried
1/3 cup ketchup
1 t mustard
Combine all ingredients except ketchup, mustard and brown sugar
Place in loaf pan
Combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spread on top of meat loaf
Bake at 350oF for 1 hour
Let it stand 10 minutes before slicing (8 slices)
Nutrition per slice: 160 calories, 5g fat, 7g carbs, 5g sugar, 21g protein
