Ingredients:
-1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
-1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
-1/4 cup light mayonnaise
-1 Tbsp. Bari-Clear Protein Powder
-1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
-1 Tbsp. hot mustard
-1/4 tsp. horseradish
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1 can shredded crab meat
Directions: Place cream cheese, cottage cheese, and crab meat into a food processor/blender and blend until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients by hand. Heat in microwave 3-5 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.

Ingredients:-1 lb. lean ground sirloin (90% or greater)
-1 onion, chopped
-9 slices of turkey bacon
-2 fuji or red delicious apples, cut in chunks
-balsamic vinegar, to taste
-salt and pepper, to taste
-non-stick cooking spray
Directions:Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Toss onions into skillet and cook on medium-high heat until onions appear translucent. Then add ground sirloin and salt and pepper. 1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey or beef
1 can low-sodium beans, strained
1 can Rotel
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime (ok to use more for bolder flavor)
Nonstick cooking spray
Optional:
2% milk cheese
Plain Greek yogurt
Avocado slices

1 sugar-free/diet hot chocolate packet
1 scoop BariEssential PRO Vanilla Bliss protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Splenda, to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Torani Syrup
2 tbsp Sugar-Free Redi-Whip
Directions
