Has anyone used CMYKEngineering for third party ink, purchased a machine from them (printer), and how has it gone? I'm currently running multiple CET printers but the support is lacking, wondering if they would be able to handle the support (for example - the belt keeps walking on the printer and CET can't seem to help fix it). Hi All, Very difficult to find information about the larger of the HP machines as I guess not as many use them. I have a L28500 that was being used and hadn't for a few months after an error. Would like to see if we can get some use out of it before throwing it out as it seems a waste. Ok, Issue & Information - Powers up. Please Help!!! I am desperate. Why does it only do it in this 2-3" area all the way down the print. It does it on every print no matter what file or what color I am printing. I have done the following: Replaced every printhead Replaced the ink cartridge Even put in a new maintenance cartridge (even though it still had 60% life left) Run diagnostics directly from the printer. Friends I have searched all possible forums but I can't find the answer. I have a Mimaki CJV150 that works 100% - sublimation, but I want to convert it to solvent. I'll do the firmware, that's no problem. But I how can clean print heads from sublimation so I can use solvent inks. Is it at all possible ? .. sublimation is water based so it shouldn't be a problem. Good day, all! This error popped up and I'm not entirely sure what it is. The cyan cap is now full of ink and the subtank looks extra full. I think there's a way to reverse the ink flow back to the supply bag but I'm not sure of how that's done. Any insight is appreciated! Just purchased an Arizona 480 XT to run alongside our existing 660XT, I have the printer setup and have downloaded profiles for the Marabu DUV-GR inks, all works fine when ripping through to machine in both quality and production modes, however when I try to print in production mode I get an 'Error: Invalid job parameter' & 'Error: Print failed', the quality mode works fine...
