When either an employee or contractor within the postal service stole a $25K+ check written out to and mailed to the IRS, washed it, and had someone deposit it into a bank?
I don't think so.

My original expected delivery date was the 12th. It’s been moved back twice as my package just goes in circles. It was right down the street from me yesterday. I live in Sayreville btw..

The facility I work at has hit an all time low. We have at least a month's backlog and management keeps making matters worse. We did much better in 2020 during a global pandemic, lockdown, short staffed, social distancing, etc. I'm just curious if it's gotten this bad elsewhere.

I get a free envelope from my water company each month but I pay online. Can I use threes to send normal letters or postcards to family?
I read this mark is used to make shipping easier but u don't want my mail going to my water company.
