Following a previous report on the year-long “technically ambitious” plans for Hologram, Fightful Select has noted that more elements for the character are still planned to be rolled out in the coming weeks. There has been a lot of praise for the luchador’s debut in AEW, as well as that for his Collision opponent Gringo Loco for serving as his “base” during the match. The report notes that the pair have worked dozens of times over the years, given Hologram’s history in Mexico and the American independent scene as Aramis. AEW sees highest viewership since April for Dynamite 250

This week’s AEW Dynamite drew 795,000 viewers on TBS, according to a report from Wrestlenomics. The large increase in viewership, up from 691,000 last week, marks the show’s highest since April. The show, celebrating 250 episodes since Dynamite first aired in October 2019, scored a 0.27 rating in the key demo, up from last week’s rating of 0.23. Britt Baker used the Sting mask trick to attack Mercedes Mone’ on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite 250. Mone’ defeated Nyla Rose to retain the TBS Championship. After the match ended, Mone’ was celebrating at ringside and then confronted what was supposed to be a fan wearing a Sting mask. The fan shoved Mone’ to the floor and then revealed themselves to be Britt Baker. Security staff separated the two women to close out the segment. The Doctor is in! According to Fightful Select, there has been discussions of AEW star Sammy Guevara making his soon return to AEW television soon. Guevara had been off AEW television after being suspended by Tony Khan for not following the proper concussion protocol after breaking Jeff’s nose with a shooting star press during their match. Guevara last wrestled in a no disqualification match on February 24 episode of Collision, losing to Powerhouse Hobbs.
