For what its worth I'd also recommend bibs over shorts - I used to use shorts years ago but found the chamois moved around a lot whereas it stayed in place with bibs which lead to less discomfort - Assos do a trail bib with some hip protection in the f ..read more

Right saddle for your build and good pair of bibs certainly help. Try some roadie bibs with shorts on top as they offer much more support than mtb ones. There is also chamois cream to improve things! Sent from my SM-G991B using Tapatalk ..read more
