I want to buy my father a new smartwatch, and for my budget, all my research indicates that the Watch4 is my best bet. But my father works long hours, and cannot be bothered to recharge it fucking daily. From all I've seen, the battery life on the watch4 is pitiful.
What are other alternatives on the same pricepoint that have better battery life?
I've heard about the Active 2

Hi there,
after using pebble watches for a long time I switched to all kind of other brands like Garmin, Samsung, etc.
But they all had a few problems which are essential for me.
- You can't control touchscreen watches in the water. Super important to me to control the music player
- Way too bulky because of the HR sensor. I don't care about those fitness features. I only want a watch that shows the time, notifications and let me controls my music
- Battery runtime. Most watches can barely make it through a week.
After using so many smartwatches now, I'm back to the pebble time since about ..read more

Dear redittors,
I was visiting the cardiologist last time because of a heart surgery. The doctor advised me to use an Apple watch because of the ECG function and he also has good experience with it. But i am an Android user and was looking for a watch that is similar to an Apple's ECG function.
Can someone advise me.
Sorry for my bad English.

Hello all!
First a bought a Suntoo 9 Peak, but the interface was horrible and it couldn't import GPX files... so I returned it
Then I bought a Garmin Venu 2, then I realised it doesn't support GPX hike tracking....so I returned it
Clearly I'm incapable of making good decisions, so coming to you. Looking for something relatively low-profile (not sports-chunky), with decent GPX Hiking Navigation and interesting (but not mad robust) health tracking, ideally without breaking the bank
So what should I buy as my 3rd and final watch? I'm in UK if that helps!
