Hey Guys, I'm 27 years old and weight about 68kg. At the moment I'm trying to tone up the tummy as I have a bit of loose skin from when I lost weight some years ago. There’s about a million fitness influencers on Instagram these days offering online coaching and honestly it’s so overwhelming trying to find someone that’s actually good and not just an influencer. Anyone know of a good creatine thats cheap aswell. I used to buy the myprotein one but it gave me constipation. And yes I did drink lots of water so that wasn't the problem.
