Did anyone manage to register for this? Thought I might give it a go this year and was checking in on the website every couple of weeks for when the Dublin event would be announced. Saw yesterday that it was confirmed but every category is already sold out! I obviously totally underestimated it's popularity. But given. Search for hyrox on boards yielded no relevant results I kind of thought it was still a but under the radar ..read more

Never had a massage before so going for one this week in a reputable spa.
What should men wear for a massage in Ireland? Seems to be different around the world.
Underwear on or off? No issues with nudity but don't want to make massage therapist uncomfortable or look like a creep or something ..read more

Hey Guys,
I'm 27 years old and weight about 68kg. At the moment I'm trying to tone up the tummy as I have a bit of loose skin from when I lost weight some years ago. Not a whole lot but enough to make me want to do it.
Apart from trying to tone up, I have been running for almost two years, both for Leisure and Competitive.
For the last two months my training and workout schedule has been as follows:
Monday: Gym, 25 mins on cross trainer or Treadmill, Stretches, 80 Sit ups, 80 crunches on the weights machine, 10 - 15 mins doing some weights such as curls etc, 10 mins on the pulley, 10 mins ..read more

I’m looking to find a good fitness coach. There’s about a million fitness influencers on Instagram these days offering online coaching and honestly it’s so overwhelming trying to find someone that’s actually good and not just an influencer.
I’m in my mid 20s female and I’m in relatively good shape but I struggle with staying on track with a healthy diet and being consistent in the gym. I’d prefer to work with a female coach that doesn’t ask outrageous prices.
Any suggestions welcome ..read more

Can anyone recommend a decent gym in the above area please?
I’m looking for somewhere that would have a decent personal trainer. Not too fussed about a pool etc but wouldn’t say no to it either.
Thanks ..read more

Anyone know of a good creatine thats cheap aswell.
I used to buy the myprotein one but it gave me constipation. And yes I did drink lots of water so that wasn't the problem. Might try a different brand to see if its the myprotein issue or that just creatine doesn't settle with me.
Much appreciated i ..read more

Hi, I am a 47 year old man. I'm due to have open heart surgery to replace my tricuspid valve in the coming weeks. I am a regular gym goer and lead an active life. Non smoker, social drinker. Does anyone have any advice on how to maintain my fitness level or how long it might take for me to resume a regular exercise regime post surgery ..read more
