I've tried to remove my oil filter by hand first, these tried the screwdriver trick and it shredded the filter when I tried to remove it. Bought the oil belt and not. I feel like considering it's a 4.7 it would have a little bit more oomph to it. I don't expect it to be super fast obviously I know the power to weight ratio and the gearing and all that is not made for get up and go. But I do feel like it's still kind of sluggish for what it is. I don't know if it's just because it's old, it's got 125,000 miles on it, I had a tune-up done on it when I got it, but it still never really made a difference. So, after 3 days of detailing the interior to make my Jeep feel like it's worth saving, I'm about to start tackling the multitude of small problems I'm having... I have an update: Just to recap, I posted earlier about my 06 Jeep Commander 5.7L Hemi having ESP BAS light on, service 4x4 system on, and traction control light on randomly coming on while driving. No ABS light. They stayed on the entire drive home until I turned the car off and turned it back on and they were gone. However I waited a few minutes and they reappeared even without moving the Jeep. But they come on when driving it too. After some inspection I saw this dangling from underneath.
