Felt I'd get more traffic here than platform specific. My Commander has a 2" spacer lift, spacer measured 2", so I know got more than that. Replaced left CV with a new "no name" from Car Quest. OEM had a torn boot. Thought the first one was defective due to clicking, second one, the same thing. I've read somewhere that OEM cv's are better suited to a lift, but were do you get one? Hey guys, im trying to diagnose my non working drivers power seat, I removed the seat to make it easier to work with, have a multimeter and battery jumper, im guessing there is only 2 motors, one on the bottom and the other one on the lower side, i dont know where the positive and negative parts are in the motors, i tried probing it at various areas with a multimeter and got nothing but im sure its because i did not place the pointers in the positive and negative, Im attaching a pic of the... 10 Commander limited how to test power seat motors ..read more

Hey guys, I'm working on a 10 limited sport, drivers seat does not function at all, I got a hold of a used seat, swapped out the seat switch from spare seat still does not work, swapped out whole spare seat and everything works, that rules out fuses, seat switch, what else should I swap out from the spare seat, seat motor, power module. Guys, just picked up this '07 Commander yesterday, and am trying to clear these ABS trouble warnings. The prior owner pulled some fuses somewhere turning off the ABS. His daughter was driving this with a bad wheelbearing, and instead of repairing it, he pulled an ABS fuse to prevent the system from working, and his words, to prevent any trouble for his kid.
