Hello all, I've been recieving Vbeam treatments from a cosmetic dermatologist for about a year now and have had decent results. I have very stubborn capillaries--I don't even bruise on high laser settings. I do however swell like crazy with this laser, which is typical. The swelling has lessened as I've recieved more treatments at progressively higher settings. (I guess deeper settings don't case as much superfical swelling? Not sure.) She decided to address that symptom with a toner and it greatly improved her rhinophyma. I would try treating your oily skin and clogged pores with a GENTLE skin routine. I have rosacea, keratosis pilaris and recently out of nowhere at 46yo, I got some new weird red shit under my eye. Doc is just calling the under eye redness dermatitis, he's not sure what it is, doesn't itch. Probably just some form of eczema/psoriasis, whatever.
