The 2024 The United States Snooker Association National Tour will get underway on April 18th with the Texas Open at Houston’s Q Ball Snooker and Pool. Houston will also host the Houston Open on October 12th. The tour has a total of ten stops across eight cities, and gives US players a chance to compete in USSA ranking tournaments. NW Cup - OX Billiards - 11/18 & 11/19 The Littman Lights Northwest Cup 2023 was hosted at OX Billiards from Saturday November 18th and Sunday the 19th. This is an annual Mosconi Cup formatted event pitting team Washington State vs team Oregon State. This year the event was played in Washington State at OX and next year it will be staged in Oregon, most likely at Legends Pool Hall in Beaverton. The season runs every Saturday, from 10am to 6pm, and will conclude on December 16th. The league brings together members from OX Billiards in Seattle, Empire Billiards in Bellevue as well as other snooker enthusiasts in the area. The league remains very popular after a quick respite. On August 6th, 2023 Luca Brecel visited Seattle for an exhibition. During the exhibition he played a frame with 10 people from the area and one from Canada. Each player had a picture taken with the current world snooker champion before their match. The event was sold out with over 43 people in attendance.
