The United States Auto Club (USAC) is particular about its Hall of Fame inductees. There have been years when USAC has welcomed several members and years, most recently during the pandemic, when none were selected. The 2024 class is a large one, deserving of the honors about to be bestowed upon it.
The 2024 USAC Hall of Fame class is Gene Crucean, the Hoffman family, Rickey Hood, Levi Jones, John Mahoney, Tom Marchese and Judd Phillips. This group is diversified, including media members, car owners, championship drivers, a promoter and a mechanic who also owned race cars of merit.

The 82nd Turkey Night Grand Prix saw a familiar fact in Victory Lane
The 82nd running of ARP Turkey Night Grand Prix presented by the West Coast Stock Car/Motorsports Hall of Fame took place on California’s Ventura Raceway dirt track Saturday night, November 25. This is the longest running midget race, a tradition dating back to 1934.

After a month of speculation, ownership of the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series has changed hands.
Out is three-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion Tony Stewart; in is four-time World of Outlaws Sprint Car Champion Brad Sweet and his brother-in-law, 2021 NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Kyle Larson.

Three-time and reigning NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series Funny Car champion Ron Capps is more than a one-trick pony. Yes, he’s accumulated wins in both Top Fuel and Funny Car, but he’s also turned left – and occasionally right – in a variety of cars.
