Ive been on test E for almost 5 years now. I recieved my new order with a new batch from the same source and I think there iws something wrong with it. The day after I did my shot, it was very painful at the injection site and there was a big knot inside. I also didnt feel very good for the 2 days after and the painful knot lasted for about 4 to 5 days after and my energy level was down. I thought that maybe it was just an odd thing that happened or maybe I did something wrong. So the 2nd... Read more ..read more

TRT and longevity?

Been having some thoughts on TRT and longevity. I know there’s no real long term studies on this but do you think it’s possible that someone on TRT can live well into their 70s and 80s assuming they live a healthy lifestyle, eat right, do cardio etc? I can’t think of really anyone who’s openly on trt that’s still alive in their 80s or beyond. I understand there’s a line in quantity of live vs quality. Anyone have any thoughts on this/maybe know an old geezer personally who’s on TRT ..read more

I went to ARC give blood for the first time yesterday. TL;DR, it was a total fail. The lady who took me in was very nice, she checked me in and I answered a bunch of questions that my life is no way interesting enough to say yes to. She did the hemoglobin check (she called it that) with the finger prick and it came out to 20.3, which was 0.3 too high. She said we can check it again, and from the other finger it came to 19.9, so that was a pass. She figured I was there due to high... Read more ..read more

Got some quick blood work done while I’m on my TRT cruise at 150. I’ve developed gyno In my left nipple but I’m not sure why. My E2 has been controlled, so I thought. These bloods were the day of a shot but before my pin. So maybe my E2 has been high at times? The test levels results were not posted yet. Anyways how does everything look to those with expertise? Always looking for suggestions ..read more

A Primer for those considering HRT

This is not a specific protocol recommendation but more a 'HRT Theory' that I developed over the 3 years I was on HRT and 25 years of AAS study. 1) Use the least amount of pharmaceutics you can to elicit the most significant effect. Why? Because you are going to be taking these drugs for the rest of your life and you want to limit the overall potential for "long-term" side effects.By using less drugs, you will have a better chance of avoiding long term usage effects. 2) Most guys start... Fighting High Blood pressure

I keep trying to get my blood pressure in the 120s, but I can't do it. It is usually in the mid-140s/ low 80s. Sometimes 130s. I check it daily in my office. I am 6ft tall and 205 lbs. I exercise daily, eat low-carb, and take 125mg/week. My doctor even prescribed me 20mg of lisinopril. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can't run. I have to do only low-impact cardio (stairs, bike, power walk on an incline, etc.) Other than dropping body fat (currently at 20% according to an eclectic... Read more ..read more
