My Humax HDR2000T has two features I use regularly. The ability to search the EPG with a keyword is very helpful now there are so many channels on Freeview, and the creation of folders, together with the ability to move recordings suits my way of organising my viewing. The 2000T is getting on a bit and though it's fine just now it won't last forever I'm wondering what other boxes offer these features. Hi, my DMR EX97 hard drive recorder occasionally does not power up via controller or the power switch. The only way to overcome this fault is to remove the power input and then reconnect it. Short of taking it to a repair shop does anyone have any advice how this can be fixed? Thank you ..read more

hello all - i have a Samsung TV with an aerial connection but i only have a dish and a coax cable. i want to watch live terrestrial TV via Freeview or Freesat. (Samsung UE43CU7100 (2023) LED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with TVPlus)​ can i buy an adapter to use between TV aerial connector and coax to get Freesat via the dish? can i buy an internal small aerial for the TV and use that to get Freeview? I seem to have lost all my recording on my HDR-2000T-1TB. When I presss the "MEDIA" button on the remote nothing appears on screen. Also, when I go to MENU > SYSTEM > DATA STORAGE the words DATA STORAGE are greyed out. I've done the usual hard restart, I've tried to record via the EPG and by using the RECORD button during a live broadcast but no dice. I have a year old Humax Aura FVP-4KGTR - 2TB and only since Tuesday the 6th of February has it developed an odd fault with only ITV 1 & ITV 2. Every 120 seconds the screen goes blank/black and the sound is cut - just for 1 second and then it returns. This also happens if you are chase playing. Hi there. I recently purchased a Smart Tech FHD TV (Smart Tech 43" T2 FHD LED TV) It a dumb tv that has no bells or whistles and was purchased for a elderly relative of mine.
