My laptop sometimes randomly won’t resume from suspend correctly making me have to do a force restart, I know it resumes from suspend because I can see the power button on the side go from blinking (it blinks when it’s in suspend) to just glowing as if the laptop was powered on, it doesn’t matter if the laptop was under load or not when I suspend it. It is an HP 13-4103dx with an i7-6500U and 520 HD Graphics and an Intel AX200 Wi-Fi card if that matters?

How can I add the flathub repository in fedora 37 xfce?
I downloaded the repository from the official site:
https://flatpak.org/setup/Fedora
and tried to install it :
$ sudo dnf install ‘/home/emmanuel/Downloads/flathub.flatpakrepo’
but…
No match for argument: /home/emmanuel/Downloads/flathub.flatpakrepo
What should I do?

Firs, I should start with the obligatory LTT Modern Standby video:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/OHKKcd3sx2c
Essentially, S0ix (also called Modern Standby) has been available for a while now.
The quick rundown of the history is that previously the most common sleep mode was sleep-to-ram (S3), but Intel had decided that it wanted to make laptops more like phones, and now we have Modern Standby (S0ix).
The thing is, S3 sleep relies mostly on the firmware to work and saves a lot of power, while S0ix relies mostly on the OS with slightly more power usage than S3 (that is, assuming the OS can put e ..read more

Good Morning,
When I open a USB Drive or a partition of my hard disk, they are mounted in “/run/media/luigicapp/” instead of “/media/luigicapp/” and it asks me the root credentials. How I can fix it?
Excuse my English but I am not a native speaker.
Thank You.

Hello!
Rocky Linux has clearly taken the place as new the LTS distribution of the “Fedora family”. In the past, we had daily distribution Fedora Linux, LTS distribution CentOS and LTS distribution with support RHEL. Now we have daily distribution Fedora Linux, CentOS (tbh useless for non-developers), LTS distribution Rocky Linux and LTS distribution with support RHEL.
Yeah, here is also Alma Linux and more, but by far the most used and advanced is Rocky Linux.
I think we should work especially with them, as we did and do with the CentOS Project. At first, we should create own sub for the Rocky ..read more
