Hey Samiam, This is only a year late...  However, It's likely you need a higher dose of vitamin D3 to elevate your serum 25(OH)D3 above 100 ng/mL and possibly higher to 120 ng/mL.  The fastest way of doing this is with a shore loading schedule taking 100,000 IU/day of vitamin D3 for four (4) days then back off to a new maintenance dose of 15,000 IU/day or, if you're taking the Bio-Tech D3-50 50,000 IU water soluble vitamin D3 capsules, take two (2) of the D3-50s 100,000 IU/week.  Give that a try and let me know Take care, V/R, Batch ..read more

Hi, I've only used O2 as an abortive for many years now but since I want to travel and move around a bit more, I've been thinking about getting other abortives in case shit hits the fan.
