Hey Samiam, This is only a year late...  However, It's likely you need a higher dose of vitamin D3 to elevate your serum 25(OH)D3 above 100 ng/mL and possibly higher to 120 ng/mL.  The fastest way of doing this is with a shore loading schedule taking 100,000 IU/day of vitamin D3 for four (4) days then back off to a new maintenance dose of 15,000 IU/day or, if you're taking the Bio-Tech D3-50 50,000 IU water soluble vitamin D3 capsules, take two (2) of the D3-50s 100,000 IU/week.  Give that a try and let me know Take care, V/R, Batch ..read more

Traveller,  I know that feeling well.  Had two dozen Imigran nasal sprays I got free from a caring doctor but when they got to be 4 years out of date I asked another doctor who said it's best I get rid rid of them. Double-checked with my pharmacist who was horrified I still had them! Didn't even need them by that stage but it broke my heart to wave them goodbye.  ..read more

oxygen saved my sanity...perhaps life. it is way more "portable" than portrayed. i kept an e tank at the office...and one in car (strapped in). at least a dozen travels to CA, NV, OK, WA used Lincare travel service and tanks were waiting for me at destination or i picked up at office. same price, no hassles, no charge unused tanks. ...as with Traveller Zomig NS (5 mg) was my abort of last resort. limited usage to avoid rebound. NONE of the nasty side effects of suma inject, gave 18 hr PF time. very portable, easy to use, TSA compliant, unobtrusive. is damned expensive and i also stockpiled ..read more

Hi, I've only used O2 as an abortive for many years now but since I want to travel and move around a bit more, I've been thinking about getting other abortives in case shit hits the fan. What is the most effective abortive you've used other than O2? In the past, I've used Sumatriptan injectable but I had rebounds. I've heard there's a nasal spray version now. Is that effective? Can you use it more than the injectables? What about Dihydroergotamines? Anyone using that ..read more

Great feed back. Sorry to be so slow.  I've been on a lot of travel.  I look for name brand supplements with 3rd party testing for purity and strength.  NOW, Nature Made, Natures Bounty and Puritan's Pride are some of the brands I buy.  I also look for good "bang for the buck" deals.   I'm presently taking 1000 mg naturebell Quercetin with 50 mg NOW Zinc Picolinate.  This combination stops most viral infections in a matter of hours by blocking the enzyme needed for viral replication.  When coupled with an immune system boosted by 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3 an ..read more

Hi Batch, Thank you for providing this information. The basic anti-inflammatory regime has been very helpful for me over the last few years. Unfortunately, after a year and half pain free I am current in the middle of a cycle. Is there a specific brand you recommend for the Turmeric, Quercetin, and Resveratrol ..read more

I've finally completed the update to the Anti-Inflammatory Regimen - Cluster and Migraine Headache Treatment Protocol.  I've titled the update "Quick Start Guide" as it streamlines the process of starting this treatment protocol.
