Has anyone attempted smoking multiple meats on the Joe at once?
I have recently acquired a Big Joe 3 and want to make use of the extra real estate.
I was thinking of doing a family bbq soon and thinking about doing a pulled pork and then maybe beef and/or pork ribs at the same time.
Anybody have any experience with this? How did you find getting the timings to line up?

Browsing their site a saw they had an online deal for the 18" Classic Joe II for $1,149. But it also said "add to cart to see final price" under the price.
So I added It and the final price was $999. So $300 off the original price.
Grabbed a cover too but no deal there :)

So there’s a pre owned (but new) KJ classic 2 18” I can get for $325. It broke completely through and was repaired with kiln repair cement.
Should I make a move on it or keep looking?

I just picked up a Konnected Joe and am reading here that the KJ ash basket doesn’t fit the Konnected Joe (I’m a new KJ owner). Will the third party ones fit? Or can you just not use ash baskets on the Konnected model?

Hey everyone, just purchased a big Joe from their site with the deal they are having.
Is there any sort of initial setup aside from the physical building of the grill? Do I need to do a burn to season the grill? Any tips for new owner is also appreciated. I come from and still own my Traeger and blackstone, so I am familiar with the amount of work to maintain and keep fully functioning

Just wanted to cook a single but didn’t want to wait too long and burn a bunch of charcoal. Thought I’d give this a try.
Next time I’d let the pile the coals higher and spread them out once hot, then put the grates down. Actually had used more charcoal than I needed.

Hello, sorry if this has already been asked. I just bought a new Kamado Joe Big Joe 1 and I am trying to work out where to place it.
Currently it is in an open space on our patio but the patio has a plastic corrugated roof which the bbq is sitting underneath, my wife is concerned that this is not going to be safe due to heat and fire. I wanted to check what people thought. How much heat does the bbq release above it?

My husband smokes multiple times a week. We’ve been buying these bones for the pup (90 pound lab.) Any suggestions for bone in meats that we can safely give him?
We are well aware we can’t give him bones that splinter, chicken and pork.
