These questions have been at the forefront of my mind since I started my journey in women empowerment. And I would never diminish the importance of systemic errors and inequalities that have caused a lot of barriers for women to advance in the workforce
The fact is women business owners start the race ..read more

Yes, it is possible to build a business from day 1 that can survive and grow without you.

I had no money… He told me to be ingenious.
The challenge was set for me to grab.

Do we have to do everything how others do it to reach success?
My guest this week, Annie Bartley, is the living example of someone who plays the life game by her own rules.
Annie is by far the most eccentric and authentic woman I have ever met in my life.
She is a creative and it definitely seeps through her… Everything she does, she says, she wears, she defends, she does it unapologetically and with an inspiring boldness.
Annie Bartley, the owner of the design agency I AM FEMALE founded her agency with 7 thousand pounds that she owed to HMRC during Covid with a young t ..read more

While my personal evidence shows that vision boards backfire, research also shows that focusing on attaining a super long term goal-as opposed to the small steps and to the effort it will take to succeed-will increase your chances of failure.
In this episode I discuss why vision boards are useless and in fact how they can work against you and then I suggest a better, more heart way to set your long-term vision for your to get there.
If you want to reach me- as usual

IMPORTANT!!! OUR QUARTER 2 PLANNING SESSION IS ON 27th of MARCH AND OF COURSE, WE WILL ALSO CELEBRATE IWD! SAVE THE DATE!
Send an email to ceylan@academywe.com for more information.
You probably heard that only 8% of people reach their new year’s resolutions. 92% don’t…
But isn’t this very hopeful?
First, 6-8% of the population is not such a low percentage. If you extrapolate it to, for example, the size of a city like London, it would mean 718,560 people are reaching their goals. This means you probably know a few people who cracked the code! BINGO:)
If so many people crac ..read more
