Applying Color Theory to Your Branding Session

The Lumen Room, Dallas, TX This session totally made me sign up for one of those color theory sessions to figure out which season I was. Seriously. Every single color this client brought out looked visually stunning on her, and accented her features perfectly. Her skin looked smooth, she was bright, and she was vibrant. The brilliant part came when she got her hair done after her color theory consult and then booked a studio photography session with me. 10/10 recommend knowing your perfect colors and getting professional shots done in them. The Lumen Room, Dallas, TX One of the most common questions that I get from clients is what are some of the benefits of having a session indoors in a studio. I think a lot of folks really want the outdoor look, or think they do, but in reality a studio session may have some benefits that they initially didn’t consider. It also gets dark around 3:00 PM; so we had to hustle. We started off in town at the perfectly Instagrammable LGBTQ rainbow road in the brisk 20 degree weather. We then happily got back into the heated car, caught our breath, and started the trek fro ..read more

White Rock Stables, Dallas, TX Buddy is, without question, the favorite horse in the barn. He’s got the classic good bay looks, big bone structure, and is about as gentle as a teddy bear. Not only that, but he’s got all the right chrome in all of the right places. Bloodwork shows that he is a big warmblood mix, and when you see him move you believe it! Rosemary has been riding him now for a couple of years and just loves his calm personality and bombproof attitude on the trails riding around White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas. You can see him out and about with his riding buddy, Verl, around Buc ..read more
