lol, not really. Not yet anyway.
But surely we all agree the golden boy sheen is starting to wear off, after watching us capitulate to a team destined for the wooden spoon, battling away with the most predictable of attacking plans and looking defensively shit ..read more

Anzac Day round is always full of emotion and sentiment, reflection too, and Manly will have a double dose after losing a club legend in Terry Hill.
Today, there's three games, with the Warriors breaking with recent tradition by bypassing the Storm and taking on the Titans at home. The Roosters host St George, keeping tradition alive and Melbourne have a Rabbitohs side who may have wished it was still the Warriors getting smashed instead. Surely the Souths coach doesn't survive an Anzac day...

Big day today. This is the most anxious I have been all season. I thought the team looked great early on and just needed sometime to click. We nearly beat Melbourne and were unlucky to lose.
However with so many injuries we have been overusing our Props and lacking impact of the bench.
Just hoping we can beat the Titans.

Gee, it looks a long way off at the moment.
Tight ladder. Two weeks ago we were above Manly.
Then we drew with them and then lost to the Dragons.
They went on to beat the Titans.
They are now in 5th spot while we wallow in 10th.
We desperately need to win games and the Titans are not going to be easy ..read more

I'll go a day early again as I've got a big day at work tomorrow. The big news this week is Penrith's Fisher-Harris moving back to NZ next year. The Panthers have lost some big stars that's for sure. But you know what? If they keep their coach and those solid players - Cleary, Leota, Yeo, To'o, Edwards, Martin, etc - then they'll always be hard to beat. Good new players will come in too, that's a given.
Tomorrow, it should be blockbuster footy but I don't think it is. The Roosters just...
