I'm curious this morning I took gabapentin 300mg and 0.5 MG of methylene blue and was having bad nuerosymmptoms,felt overstimulated by light when I got to park
Felt like I was gonna have a stroke or heart attack as body felt very disoriented
Head injury/ME type reset in brain.Maybe seritonin syndrome or Flux of cytokines I'm not sure
The thing is the dose of MB was quite low at
0.5mg
This subsidized after upping klonopin
Im curious is it likely the gabapentin or low dose...

As recommended by a youtube video from the channel Neuroinflammation, Pain, and Fatigue Lab at UAB for chronic illnesses that might be caused by neuroinflammation, I tried some curcumin. I ordered a brand that uses the Longvida formulation, which I think has been proven to be able to cross the blood brain barrier and to be very bioavailable, properties plain curcumin does not have, so it must be combined with other chemicals.
I used to have fairly bad facial tics about ten years ago...

I've done 4/5 therapies for cfs/me and they're all quite similar.
They seem to want to teach me how to turn off the stress response by being calm and quieting the mind, whilst simultaneously teaching me to feel and express emotions, which obviously makes me feel the opposite of calm,
How do people deal with this , I find it really confusing ..read more
