Our Nettle Pesto makes a perfect salad dressing, that works really nice with feta-green salad for example.  For 2 dl salad dressing bowl, measure 2 dl of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp Nettle Pesto ja 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well and let it sit for 5-10min. Mix well before using. The dressing stays usable for at least few weeks when stored in the fridge. This Mushroom Sauce is actually not a recipe, since it's so ridiculously easy to prepare. All you need is a pouch of our Wild Mushroom Sauce and  2dl of your favourite (vegetable) cream. Creme fraiche works also really nice if you like the sauce to be denser than with just cream. Oatly's iMat Fraiche is a good option.  To prepare 4dl of sauce: Shake the bag.
