Hi, everyone! Long time festival goer of many different genres.. I love the atmosphere and energy that a festival can bring. With that being said, my significant other doesn’t quite enjoy the sweat, jumping and overall debauchery that sometimes comes along with it.. Wondering if anyone has been to a festival where the vip tickets brought a whole new different experience to live music. I want to show her how awesome it is but I know throwing her into it, isn’t going to end up being the best experience for her. I figured and vip experience might help ease her into it. Any advice on experiences ..read more

I want to go to a music festival that's about 2-3 hours away from where I live. It's a 3-day festival, but I only want to go for the Thursday. I could possibly take a coach there, but since I'd only be going for one day, the coach wouldn't be picking me back up. I don't drive, and the nearest station to the festival is apparently a 20 minute drive away. Doesn’t seem to be feasible for me to go as I’d have no way of getting back but I’d really like to. Any ideas what I could do or is it best to just leave it?

Going to my next fest with a group of hardcore festie veterans. I already know there’s going to be a buffet of substances to enjoy if I so choose but I’m trying to set intentions to respect my body and not overdo it like I’ve tended to do in the past. I plan on enjoying some drinks/ fungi so I’m not going to be completely sober but it is tempting to take it up a notch. Just want to hear other people’s experiences on being that one person in the group who doesn’t go as hard as everyone else.
