Hey everyone, I have been looking to swap from free shipping and higher priced products to paid shipping and lower priced products. I sell posters and prints so I am in the hopes that it will increase multi item orders! I have been looking at videos and apparently Etsy offers calculated shipping which would be amazing because shipping posters can range from £0.85 to £12. Sadly I don’t see this option even if I create a new shipping profile. OK, everyone so I have had an Etsy shop for two years now maybe a little less where I was so focused on actually doing stuff for my Etsy and not just kind of putting around unfortunately I am back too kind of just putting around on it. So I guess my main question is how do you guys take your pictures when you have number one no time and no space to actually set up a good display. Hey all, I’ve had small success with my current store, which I started in September-ish, with about 35 sales. It’s a side thing, and I haven’t been putting much effort into posting items since the new year. I’ve been testing prototypes in the background and such, but I’m thinking selling supplies would also be a good income stream. By supplies I mean pieces I make but can be finished by the end user. I have a buyer who messaged us saying they would like to buy an item but they can’t get their credit card info updated in our site. They claim they have deleted an old credit card number and entered a new one but our site won’t let them make a purchase using the new card. I referred them to Etsy support as the credit card on file issue would be Etsy software versus our store. I even had Etsy support verify that our store was set up correctly and can receive credit cards. As title states, I received an order and etsy is saying cannot confirm address. I tried creating a label on Pirate Ship and it’s requiring me to fill out a Customs Form. It’s saying the customs items weight should not be higher than the product weight. I’m confused because I’m entering the weight of the whole package? Hi! I am an artist that has years of designs/pieces that I have done nothing with. I thought it was time share them with everyone. I started my store about a week ago, with zero experience.
