Okay so this is my first time ever ordering on etsy and I’m pretty confused. So about two weeks ago I ordered a personalized sign for my cooperating teacher since I’m done student teaching this week. Hi! I've had my own Etsy store for quite a while now which I started when I was underage. Before anyone comments, Etsy allows minors to sell if the information, details and so on are the legal guardians. All rules were followed so no worries. I've however now turned 18 a while back and been trying to contact Etsy regarding the ownership for over a month. While Etsy accounts are not transferrable, the policy for minors is a bit different. Hi everyone, hope you’re well, I had some issues with an order in that it was showing as pre transit for about 10 days, I first messaged the seller to just find out what what going on as it had been stuck in pre-transit for about a week and I had no updates, I did this through usual messaging. I waited 48 hours and went through the help with order via Etsy itself, and again no response, so 48 hours after that I opened a case and it was refunded pretty immediately.
