Hello folks. I have an 09 Fusion with the strangest problem I have ever seen. Has a single zone climate control system. Heated and regular vent air blows from all the right places on both the left and right side of car. When I turn the AC on, I only get cold air out of the driver side. Passenger side blows regular vented air. I went out to my car this morning and the key FOB didn't work. I popped off the lock cover to unlock the door manually. It would unlock. The key turned, but it wouldn't unlock the door. I eventually changed the battery in the FOB, problem solved. My question is does anyone know why the key would not unlock the door? Well,after 140k kms I decided to try to quellthe idle vibration that popped up half a year ago. It didn't solve the issue but meh, the plugs however looked fantastic for the mileage. Still, for 10min and $30CAD, it's better peace of mind. For those unaware I was reluctant to get an ecoboost engine and decided on the slightly slower 2.5L. History: Not my vehicle. About a year ago car had p144a(evap purge valve restriction) and p1450(unable to bleed tank) which showed as "current" faults with a scanner. The vehicle also displayed that these 2 error codes were additionally under "historic" faults. A third code existed showing a "pending" p0456 code. Any help appreciated. Fusion will run fine for a month. Then when just cranked and starting to move it dies. If i turn off ignition and sit a minute its good again for weeks. Good Morning, new to the forum Have an 09 Fusion 3.0L V6. The bank 1 after CAT o2 sensor connector is way up near top of head Between the engine and firewall. I can barely touch it from underneath. Hadn't driven the car for a month and the battery went flat. Charged the battery up and car started and runs fine. But now the low tire pressure light is on even though all tires are properly inflated. It won't reset. Also the door ajar symbol is lit for all four doors which are tightly closed. I disconnected the battery thinking it might reset things but it had no effect. I don't believe this is a coincidence. Could it have something to do with charging the battery?
