This IMRA trail race in Bansha Woods is a few kms to the south-east of Tipperary Town and is coming up on Sunday 4th February 2024. As with all IMRA events, annual membership of IMRA costing €10 is required for insurance reasons. This one is 8kms long with 260m of ascent and would suit someone who can comfortable run 16k/10m on the roads.
