My baby went from drinking 2oz per bottle to 3 1/2 and I have a bunch of 2oz bags stored in my freezer. How do I go about combining them to make 3 1/2 bags with them?

I actually only pump baby had a hard time latching when he was little.
I've been doing it for 9 months I wanted to do it for 12 months.
I used to pump a decent amount but I never was able to feed him fully from my milk I always had a supplement with formula.
But now it's really bad. In the morning I get the most I had 3 oz but the rest of the day is only an ounce and a half.
I got extremely busy with things going on and I have absolutely no form of help with child care so instead of me pumping every 3 hours it dwindled down to four times is the day.
Last week there was two days I only got to ..read more

I’m almost 11 months post partum and am starting to consider stopping. I’ve been combo feeding since birth due to supply issues. From month 4-8 I was on domperidone and was able to pump about 3-4 oz a day. Now I’m back to about one ounce per day. I honestly don’t know why I keep doing this. Well, I suppose I do know why… because i can’t emotionally detach myself from breastfeeding. Had I been a regular supplier I’d probably breastfeed to 3 years… but I’m not sure all this effort is good for either one of us. When did you stop?

I only like the Auden nursing bras. I don’t use the latch feature, just lift the whole thing up to nurse. But removable pads are the enemy. Any similar sports bras that work well?? Looking for a straight across neckline in case I wear a lower cut top in summer, and don’t want to do an additional layer (tank top) over bra

Currently in the process of relactation. It's been tough but I am determined. Baby is 9 months old(with a couple teeth!!). I'm thinking once I'm able to actually express a couple ounces, I want to re-offer the breast and give it another go. (Basically been dry and off the breast since 4 months old) Although he can use a sippy cup and eat sitting up, I've tried holding him during some feeding sessions and we've been enjoying that, I'm hoping it helps. I don't want to get my hopes too high, but would love to hear any success stories or advice. Thanks in advance mamas!❤

For those of you who nurse to sleep, how do you avoid spit up?
Right now if my LO (11w) falls asleep nursing, I have to keep trying (and failing) to get a burp out of her, and keep her upright for 20+ mins or she will spit up when I lay her down to sleep.
Are you all doing this too? Do your babies not spit up when t you lay them down? What am I missing?

Hello all!
I wondering if any other moms on here have ADHD.
I'm currently nursing my third, he's 5 months old and exclusively breastfeeding. I was diagnosed with ADHD two years ago and took 20mg Adderall for about a year and a half. Totally happy taking it and it worked wonders! Then I got pregnant and quit taking my medication. I want to start up again because I can see how much they help me and I'm a better mom on meds. I expect to nurse him at least another year so I really feel the need to resume meds while he's nursing but the data seems mixed. My doctor and I decided to try methylphenid ..read more

Ok guys my 10 month old has about 7 teeth and I think he has another one coming in. He bit me a couple times while nursing a few days ago. It’s been painful to feed him on that breast dude to a cracked and bleeding nipple.
Ive tried to not nurse on that side as much, to try and let it heal. I tried pumping tonight because I can feel it getting slightly engorged but I feel like even the pump makes it worse and isn’t emptying it all the way.
Any one have any tips? My baby normally has a good latch and this is the first time I’ve had to deal with the bleeding, cracks and this type of pain.

I exclusively breastfed for 18 months with my first baby boy. I was also an over producer and donated a lot of milk to my niece and still have a lot of milk frozen.
Fast forward to my second pregnancy. I started collecting colostrum at 37 weeks pregnant and had plenty to feed her for a few days after delivery from my colustrum. I had gestational diabetes and needed to top her off with my colustrum after breastfeeding. She had a tongue tie and didn’t latch effectively. I would pump and because I produced a lot of milk I didn’t pump as often. After clipping her tongue tie about two weeks after ..read more
