So I'm not one to worry too much about what I eat affecting my nurslings, I go by my own personal rule of thumb that if something gives me gas, it will probably give my LO gas and to limit my intake. My baby girl (almost 5 months - my first) has not been much of a comfort nurser, therefore she also rarely nurses to sleep. Instead, she needs a lot of movement (bouncing and swaying) on my part for her to fall asleep. I would SO much rather sit down and nurse her to sleep.
