Hi. I am looking for an advise regarding bk prints issue as per attached photo. Please look at the top (left side of photo) of the page there are a lot of short black lines - ignore white lines. Defect appear on black only. Colours are fine. I have narrowed problem to transfer belt assembly. Honestly seeing this defect my guess was 1st btr in itb assy. Hi. The integrated Fiery on our C60 has started getting into a mode of crashing then not being able to boot up. It seems to get stuck in a mode of constantly trying to boot, but never doing so. So we'll hear the fans start spinning for maybe a second or two, then it quits. Then a few seconds/minutes later, it tries again, then repeat. We occasionally see a flash on the display, but too quick to even read. Every now & then it will go a bit further, maybe 5-10 seconds of trying to boot, then quits. I've got an Altalink C8045 that suddenly started printing and copying very blurry. ~10-pt text is almost unreadable now. This has been confirmed in both printing and copying activities. Scanning to PDF produces the normal/crisp image it always has. I've performed a color and print calibration with no change. I've tried changing drivers (PCL & PS) from different computers with no change. I've tried the print quality options (Standard, Enhanced, High-resolution) with no change.
