Folks I wonder if anyone can help. I have spent around 10 hours trying to view my TSO/cpanel emails in Outlook on my android mobile phone. I had no problem setting up my PC to view the emails in Outlook but when I use the same settings on my phone I get the message that the server can't connect or the server address is not recognized, or the connection to the server times out. I have used mail list the past and they were all set up so that when anyone replied to the list the reply goes to everyone on the list. For those instances this works well but now want to set up a mail list that if someone replies the reply only goes to one or two selected addresses (the admin(s) of the list). Hi i want to ask opinions about the Root email i see in all my accounts. Hi, I'm currently having problems with Mailman message delivery. Until now, it worked fine, but for some time now, recipients have been complaining about not receiving emails. It happens randomly and not necessarily the same recipients. The e-mail address providers may also be different. I've looked at all the settings, but I can't work out what's wrong. Hi, I tried to move to a VPS from a Dedicated server a week or so ago. It turned out is wasn't compatible for hosting my sites as the was a max limit on storage and no way of upgrading once 800GB was reached. So I cancelled the VPS but its totaly messed up the emailing. I have managed to get the outgoing mail working again but the incoming mail doesn't work. When I used the Email troubleshooter in WHM Cpanel, it shows the VPS IP address.
